How does Pre-Order work?

When a product is under pre-order, that means that the product will not be shipped out immediately and will ship out the date that the pre-order ends. While the wait may be a little longer to receive the product, you will also receive the product at a discounted pre-order price. 

SHIPPING

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Please allow 3-7 business days for processing & handling & 1-5 days for delivery depending on your location (domestic).

International deliveries may take up to 21 days after shipped, depending on country. Note that we take no responsibility for international customs and duty fees. Please account for this prior to ordering. 

When will I receive my tracking number?

Once shipped, we will email a tracking number to the email that was used during the check out process. Please double check that the email is accurate when finalizing your order. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to be activated.

We ship via USPS or UPS.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we will only accept returns if the item is defective. If the item you received is damaged, please send us an email with photos of the damage. If we can determine that the item is damaged, we will provide a return confirmation number. The returned item must be in original condition with no signs of wear, wash, or usage.

Please note that shipping costs are not included in the returned store credit.

Due to the nature of our production and limited quantities, we DO NOT accept returns/exchanges due to wrong sizing, wrong color, etc. We provide size charts for every item and you can also send us a message/email for additional sizing assistance.

Items ON SALE may not be returned/exchanged.
