SECURE PROCESSING
Rêveuse Los Angeles uses secure processing called SSL Encryption Technology, which is the industry standard. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a protocol developed for the transmission of private information over the Internet. SSL uses a private key to encrypt your data, including your credit card information, so that it cannot be read while being transferred over the Internet. 
  
PRIVACY POLICY 
Rêveuse respects our customers account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside afflictions or individuals. Your information is secured and encrypted with the SSL Software. SALES TAX 
A sales tax is charged to all orders placed within California.

EXCHANGES 
Yes, we may process an exchange as long as it is process within 7 days of the package delivery date. If the product you received did not fit to your liking you may exchange it for a new size. In the event the new size you would like is not in stock, you may exchange your order for another product of the same value. 
Please be aware that you assume all risks and shipping costs associated with processing a refund. Rêveuse does not provide return labels and is not liable for a refund in the event your package is lost by a third party carrier during shipment to our location for return processing. 

We do not accept exchanges that have not been pre-approved, please be sure to contact us with your order # before sending in your package so that we may verify the correct information for delivery. Packages sent without approval will be returned back to the original address and no exchange will be processed.  

RETURNS 
We accept returns for store credit only as long as they are processed within 7 calendar days of the package delivery date. Please contact us with your order # so that we may begin the return process. Items must be in the same condition they are received. If upon inspection we notice an item seems to have been worn other than to try it on we will not accept the return and ship the item back.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY 
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship, there may be instances from time-to-time where we run out of stock of a particular product. In these instances your order will be canceled and a member of our customer service team will notify you. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. 
  
COLORS 
We have made every effort to display the most accurate colors of our products. Depending on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any color will be accurate.
